Planned Hours Vs Estimated Hours
<p>The planned hours are the hours that you enter.</p><p>"Estimated hours" are approved hours from Timesheets plus hours remaining entered by the user.</p><p>When multiple users are assigned to a task, but some of the users haven't entered any hours remaining, the system also includes their portion of the total planned hours in the calculation of estimated hours. Estimated hours are calculated from hours worked (and approved) + the last entry in an approved timesheet for estimated hours remaining.</p><p>As an example, if I've worked 10 hours and estimated remaining hours at 10, the estimated hours are 20 (10 + 10).
