Custom calculations as operands

If you see:</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span class="hint"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Custom calculations are not available to be used as operands.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span class="hint"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">That means that it is NOT enabled for you account. This feature makes custom calculations more powerful. </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span
