Why can't my user see this project on his/her timesheet/expense report?
<p>A common question to OpenAir support is "Why can't this user see this project/task on their timesheet/receipt entry?". While this is a straightforward question, depending on your configuration and process for giving end users timesheet access to projects/tasks, it can be a little tricky to diagnose. In a nutshell here is a good set of steps to check in any order:</p><p>Company Settings: Ctrl + F for "show only". Do you have show only open tasks booked or assigned on timesheets (two switches) (or the corresponding switches for expenses) turned on? If you have booked, check to make sure they are
