Preventing closed projects from showing up in timesheets
Why is my project still showing up in usersa€™ timesheets though it is closed?
If you move a project into the "closed" stage, this will not remove the project
or tasks from a timesheet.
If you are looking to prevent this, then the best option is to inactivate a project. This way, the project will no longer show up on a timesheet as an available selection.
Another option you have is to create a filter set that limits access to projects in the "closed" stage, so users with this filter set would not be able to select projects in the "closed" stage on their timesheets.
