Custom report calculations respect filters in reports

<p>If you create a custom calculated reporting field, the components of that field will respect any filters in the report. For example, if my field is All Booked Hours times User Detail ~ Hourly Rate, and I filter a summary report by Booking Type, the calculated field will only use Booked Hours with the booking types I have included in my filter.
