Billing rule issue

<p>If you deleted open charges (in order to edit a timesheet for instance) and you did not delete the associate billing transactions, the billing rule will still show as being run.</p><p>If you would like to remove the billings created, you will need to remove both the charge and the associated project billing transaction.What you can do is navigate to Projects > [select project] > Billing > Project Billing Transactions, and run an action to delete this project billing transaction.</p><p>To avoid this, in the future, when deleting a charge, you should run an action and choose the option to “delete the
