<p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Courier New";">Why does this field show up as read-only?</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Courier New";">The Ready for Recognition checkbox is a read-only NO on the task edit form in two cases:</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Courier New";"></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Courier New";">1. There is no recognition rule that is      tied to a task. (Once you create a rule that is tied to a task, you should      see the ready for recognition checkbox is active and can be checked. This      was a change that was implemented in our January 2008 release.)</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"
