Archiving Invoices
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">Invoices cannot be archived and you cannot create new invoice statuses in OpenAir. So what would be the best way to deal with open Invoices that you would like “archived” so that they are not submitted for review if they include charges are not to be billed to the client? Also, what is the best way of “hiding” them from other users so that those charges are not mistakenly put on an invoice again.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">Open charges (that
