when adding a customer can't add both shipping and billing addresses

This is my code, it successfully adds one address, but if shipping and billing are different, the soap message (pls see below) in rejected. I figured that it's because the name of the second element in addressbooklist is "__numeric_0" instead of "addressbook" but PHP doesn't allow to have two arrays entries with the same keys. What should I do, pls help!
