ItemSearchAdvanced & SearchColumnMultiSelectCustomField

I'm using PHP Toolkit and accessing a SavedSearchID via ItemSearchAdvanced

The object returns SearchColumnMultiSelectCustomField with numerous ListOrRecordRef which contain an internalId and Typeid

How do I retrieve the actual values? I've tried so many things to get the values without success. Hope someone can help
