Shopping Cart page buttons are not working

In WSDK implementation i am having some problems. I have set all the five external links to redirect user from Netsuite to my own site. But when i click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' or 'Continue Shopping' button on shopping cart page. It doesn't redirect properly .

Please help
