Update a recurring event fails

When trying to update a recurring event with <ns1:isRecurringEvent xsi:type="xsd:boolean">false</ns1:isRecurringEvent>, the UI
is not updating this field.

However, we are able to change from a non-recurring event to a recurring event. (from False to True)

The SOAP update:
