paymentMethod in SalesOrder

When I do a add to the SalesOrder, I want to set the payment method to PayPal. The line

<tranSales:paymentMethod internalId="7" type="calendarEvent" xsi:type="platformCore:RecordRef"/>

is giving me this error message:
