getSelectValue for customer_entityStatus not returning LEAD statuses

Elham answered my question about retrieving the customer statuses and now that I'm trying it works great except that I'm not getting any statuses for the LEAD stage.

Put another way, there are 14 statuses on the Customer Status List page but the call is only returning 11 (3 are LEAD stage).

How can I get those other statuses?
