Web services default roles

There's a way to set Default web-service role for the specific user in Preferences UI.

The default role changing, synchronization engine may automatically swap to another dataset. It's nice from integrity viewpoint.

Is there a way to get the default role ID and initially fix it for all subsequent requests?
