UNEXPECTED_ERROR code with NetSuite 11

Hello-
A customer of ours is a NetSuite 11 early adopter and has reported that when using our application (which uses WSDL 1.3.2) they get an UNEXPECTED_ERROR code response.

I asked them to file an online support issue. Is there some way we can get access to NetSuite 11 and work on ver 11 issues?
