Reports -> Integration missing

Hi, for some user accounts, I can find SOAP messages in the Reports -> Integration -> Integration and Automation Usage Summary By Job tab.

What are the permission(s) needed to see this? In other accounts, I do not see the Integration tab at all under Reports.
