Item Data not getting retrieved

Hi,

We are running schedule jobs around 12 PM EST everyday to retrieve the items that are created or modified in netsuite.

However we are observing v.frequently that these webservice calls do not return result sets when job runs around this time.However when run after few hours like 15PM EST or 19 PM EST we are retrieving the result set with the same date parameters.

Please see the following request -response (on 11th September around 12:09 PM EST)
