URL to allow new contact with phone and other fields?
Hello,
We are building an inbound screen pop integration to work with our phone system. If we do a search on the inbound phone number and don't get any hits, we would like to give the user the option to create a new customer or contact. If they click our pop up we would then like to take them to the NS new customer or new contact page but with the phone number and possibly the name fields filled in. This way, the user can fill in any additional fields and save the record without ever having to type in the
