Unexpected_error?

400 Bad Request
UNEXPECTED_ERROR

I have a page using the posting mechansim with UI Single Login which normally runs fine.  However, some of the time I get the above error.  I also get it from my C# based UI Single Login code at the same time.  I got this occasionally last week and am seeing it again today.

Is this a know issue?  Given the variable nature of the problem, it certainly appears to be on the back end.

If not, how can I track it down?  The script is posted below.
