Sales Tax Items

Hi,

I'm using the new 2.5 WSDL, which now includes support for SalesTaxItem. Everything is working great, except for one thing: There is no way to access the zip codes assigned to a sales tax item. There is a "zip" field on the SalesTaxItem record, but it always comes back NULL, and I know there are zip codes entered for the sales tax items I am fetching.

Any ideas? I'm using Java/Axis.
