Error in calling webServices from webMethods

I am getting the error "You have a web browser version that we do not support.To use the system, you will first need to http://www.netscape.com/download/ upgrade your web browser software" when calling just the login function from webMethods.

Has any one seen this error before.

Here is XML response I get
