requirePwdChange for partner not working

Hi,

When adding a partner in NS via WS I am setting the  partner.requirePwdChange field to true. The partner is added sucessfully however using the preview - Login as parner link it does not asks me to change the password.

Can you please confirm whether this component is working correctly in WS 2.5 or are there any systems settings that I should be aware of?
