replaceAll attribute clarification

Hello,

I want to make sure that I'm not misreading the WSDL 2.5 release notes.

My understanding is that the replaceAll boolean only has relevance for Keyed lists (e.g. SalesOrderItemList, CheckExpenseList, etc).  Consequently, even though CustomerAddressbookList contains the replaceAll boolean, the behavior of updating a CustomerAddressbookList will always be consistent with replaceAll = true.  Is this true?
