SOAP Search Question

Hello,

I am trying to fetch all customer records via web service API, so I am submitting the following basic search SOAP request:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:ns1="urn:messages_2_5.platform.webservices.netsuite.com">
<SOAP-ENV:Body>
  <ns1:search>
    <searchRecord xsi:type="CustomerSearchBasic" />
  </ns1:search>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

It results in 'unexpected error', so could someone please clarify what am I doing wrong here?
