Inavlid RecordType

I am using this saop message to send DeleteList
But it alwayas come up with the same error
'customerpayment' is not a valid record type
<platformMsgs:baseRef internalId="'.$response[1].'" type="customerpayment" xsi:type="platformCore:RecordRef"/>

I am sticking to this error from the past 9 hrs.

please help me out asap
