Credit Card Info on SalesOrder

Greetings,

We are using wsdl2.5 and pulling salesOrder records, but the cc number is masked even though we are using the admin role.  Is there a permission in the UI that needs to be set for this?

The same code pulls cc number unmasked for other accounts.
