pls help - can't connect via webservices

edited May 29, 2020 8:53PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 1 comment

I've spent like 6 hours for that but still can't connect... I use NSClient ERP sample application (.net). The following error is returned:

***   SOAP FAULT: fault type=ns1:invalidCredentialsFault with code=.

I've hardcoded credentials in app.config (credentials changed for security reasons):

    <add key="login.email" value="test@test.com" />
    <add key="login.password" value="password" />
    <add key="login.roleNSkey" value="3" />
    <add key="login.acct" value="123456" />

email/password actually used are exact values with which I can connect from a browser. The user belongs to the Administrator role. Account is from Support/Customer Support/Phone.

Howdy, Stranger!
