This forum vs. the NetSuite forum

What's the deal with there being 2 forums?  Whenever I ask a question, I'm not sure whether to post in this forum or in the Web Services section of the standard NetSuite customer forum.  Do people tend to post in both places?

I actually don't even have a real login for the standard customer forum.  I requested one from NetSuite, but I didn't get a reply, so I have to use another user's login.

NetSuite people, is there any way that the forums can be merged so that we don't have 2 places to look/post?
