Could not add files to customer record

Hi,

I am trying to add new files to a customer but can't. The files are already in added in the file cabinet and are added into the CustomerDownloadList. The following code snippet is as follows (in .NET):

           downloadList.download = custDownload;
           
           
            Customer cust = new Customer();
            cust.internalId = customer.internalId;
            cust.downloadList = downloadList;
           

            // Invoke add() operation
            writeResponse = _service.update(cust);


            // Process the response
            if (!writeResponse.status.isSuccess)
            {
                Logger.error("Customer not updated: " + getStatusDetails(writeResponse.status));
                return;
            }



I keep getting the following error:
