How to get the details of each transaction made?

I am new to NETSUITE.

My requirement is
I need to capture the Transaction ID of each Transaction after the payment is made and get the details of that Transaction like the items quantity sold, what the items are and their respective price.....

Then i have to deduct the same items quantity in my local database for our internal usage.

My question here is:
Where exactly i will get the Transaction ID?
How can i capture the Transaction ID?
What is the process to follow to get the details of the Transaction for each Transaction ID?
