Java stub files are missing in the new WSDL's

How do you set the pagesize and bodyfields in WSDL 2.6.
I downloaded WSDL 2.6 and generated Java stub files and I do not
see SearchPreferences.Java file which used to be in earlier
versions to set those fields.

Also I do not see some other java like searchEnumMultiSelectField.java, PricingMatrix.java and other files.

If Netsuite support backward compatability we will have problems when we go
for higher WSDL versions. Our java files will not be compiled.

I appreciate insight on this.
