Web Services and FedEx Integration.

We've been running our web services for over 6 months - adding/updating Sales Orders and Invoices.  We recently implemented adding/updating Quotes and initializing Sales Orders from those Quotes.

I'm having some issues figuring out how to get the interface to FORCE a fedex integration re-calculation.  This is true in both the initialize and the update.  The shipping cost comes back populated from the initialize or read command.  So, when I add or update the shipping cost remains the same.

How can I get the shipping cost to recalculate?
