trigger a user event(background) to online customer regedit

but I have test out that this user-event schduled suitescript also take no effect to online user 's regedit .. either regedit to be customer or to be lead.
also system take no responce to nlapiLogExecution('DEBUG', 'begin SubmitField pricelevel=', '2'); it's unbeliveable ... have you test a trigger to the online customer form ???
