Access the lines on a tab

I have a script that's being used to send data to an external system via a web service.  This script is running on the server after the user saves the Case record.  I'm able to get all of the data off of the main record itself and have been able to even get at sublist data in the AddressBook sublist.  However, there is a tab on the Case called General and on this tab there is another set of 3 tabs, one of which has a line item on it called User Notes, of which multiple lines can be entered.
