ItemFulfillment Trans with Tracking

I need to update the item fulfillment transaction with a tracking number and the documentation doesn't really give a lot of info. I know it's part of the itemfullfillmentpackagelist but I'm not finding anything to show an example of using it. My app is c# .net but any examples would help.
