Creating Journal Entries

Let me preface this by stating I am new to NetSuite all though the company I work for has been using it for a few years now.  We want to automate some of the day to day tasks.

I cannot for the life of me find any documentation on creating a Journal Entry via the Web Service. Find my code thus far below.  The only thing I am missing and having trouble with, I think, is adding the journal entry line item to the journal entry before I create the journal entry.

I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.  Probably something simple that I'm missing. Thank you.
