Crossing my fingers and hoping someone sees this and can help out.
1. I'm able to update SupportCases using SuiteTalk.
2. I'm able to create a new Message and add it to the correct SupportCase. It shows up when I look at the SupportCase in Netsuite.
3. When I create a new message in Netsuite and select the checkbox to send an email, the email gets sent.
4. HOWEVER, when I use SuiteTalk, the email never gets sent no matter what combination of true/false on the Message.incoming and Message.emailed settings. Everything is populated correctly as far as I can see... Message.cc and Message.recipient
