Script Error: TypeError: Cannot call method "getParameter" of undefined

I'm at a loss, this has been occurring for nearly a week now, it only happens when we try to push a new sales order to a customer record and it is happening in code that has been working for months without any changes.

I've checked to see if the permissions are off on the web services account, but everything appears to be okay.

Anyone have any ideas?
