Cybersource CSC validation

edited Jun 4, 2020 8:52PM in SuiteCloud / Customization

Hello,

We want to use our CyberSource account to charge our customers.  My company want's to use CSC validation for all the credit cards(not AVS).  The issue which I encountered on the test system is that even if CyberSource issues an error code for the "CSC doesn't match" the transaction can still be fulfilled in NetSuite.
This is an excerpt from CyberSource documentation:
Even if the card verification number does not match the expected value, the issuing bank might still authorize the transaction. You will receive a card verification decline from CyberSource, but you can still capture the transaction because it has been authorized by the bank. However, consider reviewing the order to make sure it is legitimate.

Howdy, Stranger!
