Library Function Usage

Apologies if this is a newbie question, but I am having no luck finding an answer in the documentation.  NetSuite Library function nlapiAddMonths is failing in my user event script and the debugger with "Cannot find function getFullYear".

Is there a standard library I need to reference somewhere?
