Unstable bug: You attempted to upload a restricted file type while downloading *.js

1) I switched on Server SuitScript on
2) Then I'm trying to create My first ever Server SuiteScript
I go to Customization -> Server Scripts -> New
3) In New Script window I select  -- New -- from the Script File combo
4) I got "File" window. I'm triing to select file from my computer with *.js extention, however I got message You attempted to upload a restricted file type.
If I rename *.js to something else, it throws error that file should be JavaScript file.

5) After 20 minutes I'm triing to do the same as described in 1-4 and it works. Strange
