Setting Billing Schedule on a line item with suitescript

I want to set the billing schedule on a line item based on other fields.
I can set the value using
nlapiSetCurrentLineItemValue('item', 'billingschedule', value, false);  -client script
but the value you need to pass in is the ID, not the name (which I have)
How can I get the ID of a billing schedule when I have its name.
