Suite script to capture the transaction updates and deletes

Hi,

I have a requirement to capture the sales/purchase order quantity changes as well as line deletions. By using these data i have to perform validations in our WMS system. 

can you please let us know can we write a suite script which will pull the modified data and as well as if the data can be dumped to custom record, i can pull the data from custom records through WS API.

I will really appriciate if you can give me the guidance or if you have any sample code please share with me..
