To call an external WebService

Hi All,

I want to call an external webservice from our netsuite website.
I will give the products id's to the external webservice method and it will returned the products information on my netsuite website.

I want to know following things:

1. I need to know where i will write the code to call the external webservice.
(i want to use ASP.Net with C#)
2. And second thing is how i will use suitescript to call the external webservice?
and if any other method is available then please suggest me.

If possible Please give an example.
