Rounding in Script dismantled by upgrade

We had a custom js script in place for calculating various custom fields based on what entries were made in the sales order form.
The calculated custom fields are Integer Numbers type. 
Since the 2010.1 upgrade took place, the scrip is throwing errors and not rounding the value of the calculated fields.
Is anyone experiencing a similar issue ?
Any idea what is causing it?
