Suitescript send post request to external site

I am calling an external webservice on https with different port than regular 443 with valid certificate but I am getting following message "An untrusted, unsupported, or invalid certificate was found for this host.".
I am calling "nlapiRequestURL()" function.

The url I am using is not on port 443. So my url is like "https://example.com:9037/webconsole".
If my url is of format "https://example.com/webconsole" then everything is working fine.
