Display cases list also in the case form
Hi Everyone!
Is there anyway to create a case form that also displays (in a list) all the cases that we're created for the current customer? I mean, when you're viewing a case, to be able to view somewhere in the bottom of the page, in a subtab, a list with brief information about all the other cases for this customer.
As far as i studied the problem, this funtionality is only available for the Customer Form; in the Support subtab you can see all the cases that belong to the customer.
So this is a built in thing. But could it be customised? Is it possible to display a list in any subtab you want just from configuration?
