Online Case Forms Question
Hello everyone,
I've designed a custom online case form. It's working fine using the external URL but I still have some questions regarding to the further process:
- Is it possible to link an online case form from the cusomer centre? (I'd like to create new link under the Contact Support link)
- Is it possible to pull the details (company name, phone no., email ...) out of the currently logged in customer and display it on my online case form?Basically do the same as it's on the standard customer centre forms. Now if the customer makes a mistake by typing the company name the case will be assigned to the default/anonymus customer.
