how to handle IWAB0399E exception in wsdl

When I try to generate the service from WSDL i get the following exception:
IWAB0399E Error in generating Java from WSDL java.io.IOException: Type {http://localhost:8080/NetSuiteProject/wsdl/kitintegration.wsdl} is referenced but not defined. I am using eclipse3.2 and tomcat.

Can anybody help me?
